Executive, Influencer Marketing & Strategic Activations

Your mission

Support the planning, coordination and execution of key influencers marketing projects and strategic activations across Euroleague Basketball properties, especially focusing on Hoop District project’s execution. Also, working closely with the Senior Director and the Manager, the role contributes to the implementation of the Athletes' Marketing Programme by coordinating operational activities, monitoring the objectives and maintaining strong relationships with clubs, players and internal stakeholders. 

The position also provides project management support across cross-functional initiatives and execution of any influencers’ program and Hoop District, helping ensure the timely and successful execution of departmental priorities.
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of any Influencers’ program, helping the department in the operational stage 
  • Support in all the execution of Hoop District project, coordinating the influencers’ and helping the Manager in any execution task
  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of the Athletes' Marketing Programme, ensuring activities are delivered according to the defined strategy and objectives. 
  • Coordinate communications and operational relationships with clubs, players and other programme stakeholders. 
  • Support the Manager in all reportings and monitoring of any project’s KPIs, and prepare conclusions to present to the Senior Director to drive future commercial and marketing decisions
  • Monitor projects’ timelines, deliverables and KPIs, preparing regular reports and performance updates. 
  • Support the organisation of player activations, content opportunities, events and other programme-related initiatives. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of cross-functional marketing projects. 
  • Prepare presentations, project documentation and status updates for internal stakeholders. 
 

Your profile

The personal profile is a picture of the skills, knowledge and experience needed to carry out the job.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Management of Business and Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master studies related to Project Management, Sports Management, Marketing or similar is a plus.
  •  Minimum 2 years of professional experience 
  • Previous experience in the sports industry, agency environment, or international organizations will be considered a plus.
  • Advance level of English language is compulsory. Additional European languages will be considered a plus.
  • Demonstrable project coordination and organizational skills. 
  • Passion for sports and basketball will be highly valued.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a methodical, detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
