The position also provides project management support across cross-functional initiatives and execution of any influencers’ program and Hoop District, helping ensure the timely and successful execution of departmental priorities.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of any Influencers’ program, helping the department in the operational stage
- Support in all the execution of Hoop District project, coordinating the influencers’ and helping the Manager in any execution task
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of the Athletes' Marketing Programme, ensuring activities are delivered according to the defined strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate communications and operational relationships with clubs, players and other programme stakeholders.
- Support the Manager in all reportings and monitoring of any project’s KPIs, and prepare conclusions to present to the Senior Director to drive future commercial and marketing decisions
- Monitor projects’ timelines, deliverables and KPIs, preparing regular reports and performance updates.
- Support the organisation of player activations, content opportunities, events and other programme-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of cross-functional marketing projects.
- Prepare presentations, project documentation and status updates for internal stakeholders.
